Solar Double Gate Opener Kit, Medium Rams Installation

On this gate we have installed a Solar Double Gate Opener Kit with the medium ram hardware. To get the solar panel in sufficient sun and for extra security, we supplied a 3m pole to elevate it out of reach. In situations where you don’t want to cut the surface of the driveway, it is possible to put a top hat track on the surface of the driveway to house the wires from one post to the other like we have done here with the gate stop comfortably in the middle.
